The struggle is real
Before I sat down to write this, I went outside to put my feet on the earth to drop into myself for a moment. My mind can pull me off course so fast, before you know it, I’m overthinking, over analyzing, and totally out of flow.
What do you do when you hear that voice pushing you to do more, that you’re not as good, pretty, or successful as Susie. That inner bully shaming you to believe you should have done it different, then you’d be better off than where you are now?
My fear of failure
I thought I had it all under control. Do you know what I mean? Have you felt like you’ve had everything worked out, only to find out, you didn’t.
Do you feel paralyzed by your “to-do” list
I have a confession… right now I feel like I have so much to-do. As I was writing in my morning pages, I noticed how I was struggling to keep focus.
